Subsidized Clean-up Business

 The photo shows an unkempt room that was later cleaned and organized by a business listed from an apartment at Rockland Place dba Spring Gate Apartments along Martha Drive in Rockland, MA.  A mother of 8 children owns the cleaning and moving business located at 141-F Martha Drive,  and was hired to clean up the mess.  Take a look at the before and after photos on the website listed below.

Hiding the Facts

What kind of a news story is this?  Why aren't names, building numbers, and apartments mentioned?  The article is from 2016. First Hartford Corporation and HUD promised to clean up the illegal problems on this subsidized property many years ago. Noisy tenants, violence, drugs, and nuisance live-ins continue to exist on this government subsidized property.  Amazing how nuisance tenants and live-ins remain there, while management illegally encourages the harassment of tenants who report non-compliance issues.
