First Hartford Corporation and HUD promised to clean up the illegal problems on this subsidized property many years ago. Noisy tenants, violence, drugs, and nuisance live-ins continue to exist on this government subsidized property. Amazing how nuisance tenants and live-ins remain there, while management illegally encourages the harassment of tenants who report non-compliance issues.
