1. Vandalism seems to be acceptable behavior in Spring Gate Apartments. Many tenants are afraid to come forward due to repercussions from, not only the children, but also from the parents.
2. People whose names are not on the lease live here unaffected by management; they own their own businesses and flourish; often get your life threatened.
3. Kids do not move out of the streets when you drive with your car. If they are in a good mood that day, they will just give you the finger and take your lug nuts off your car later that evening for making them move out of the streets.
4. People going to my apt. for oxicontin. Wrong place. Try bldg. 160 for oxy and coke.
